RESISTA has developed the Abrasive KIT for working on Sintered Zirconium Oxide Ceramic “ZrO” and other hard materials of the new generation of whole ceramic.

RESISTA DISCS for zirconium have been
strictly formulated for separating zirconium elements and other ceramics. Very high quality cutting efficiency; does not leave any marks or black spots on the ceramic. We suggest anyway to polishing with sand blaster and steam jet after working.

Diamond-Ceramic Mounted Points.These diamond stone/polishers have extraordinary soft grinding properties due to their ceramic binding material. The diamond grit allows cool abrasion with minimal heating of the instrument and the work piece. Ideal for smoothing out and
finishing of attachment points prior to or after sintering.

Silicone Polishers for Zirconium. Polishing wheels for the last refining passage. Pure Silicon.
