ABRASIVE DISCS  

Separating and grinding Discs for metal and ceramic working. The binder is a hard polymerized resin that gives to our discs outstanding mechanical properties.
Aluminium Oxide and Silicon Carbide of the best quality, in different grain sizes allows us to offer the entire range of items needed for the precision of grinding and cutting.

Our discs are absolutely not pollutant and heatless. We anyway suggest after each use to clean the disc in few seconds using an appropriate sharpener. This little tip will assure you to remove every microscopic inclusion of material of the previous usage and will keep
constant the abrasive properties of the disc and so the heat transfer to the piece will be kept unremarkable up to the end of the disc.

We strongly suggest to use individual
protection for hands, eyes and face. Using an appropriate exhaust system will save you from breathing powder unadvisable for your lungs health. Here below you can find the recommended speed related to disc diameter.

 Helpful hints:
Never exceed maximum allowed speed. Avoid lateral pressure. Working pressure on material should not exceed 2 N.
