This paper describes a clinical case of combined bone atrophy successfully treated with the placement of
osteointegrated implants combined with simultaneous Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR) using non-
resorbable PTFE membranes, for which the diagnostic phase and pre-surgical digital planning were
entirely carried out using 3D reconstruction
software.
