Thank you very much to all our customers

Because your satisfaction is our success!

My collaboration with Resista began several years ago—about six, in fact—since the first dental practice I started working at, even before I graduated, and where I began collaborating immediately afterward, was already using Resista implant products and more. I have always appreciated the simplicity and “straightforwardness” of Resista implants; I believe Resista implants are designed to simplify the surgical procedure as much as possible, without compromising product quality. From the implant design to that of the prosthetic components, through all other aspects (surface microdesign, packaging, etc.), everything is, in my opinion, designed to assist the clinician during surgical procedures. In recent years, I have been increasingly appreciating and using the IA implant lines in particular, which allow for easy achievement of primary stability even in complex cases involving, for example, insufficient native bone and the need for significant bone volume augmentation (extensive sinus lifts and GBR with simultaneous implant placement). I must say that for me and for the practice where I work, Resista is not just a catalog of dental products, but first and foremost a person who, when necessary, is always available to come to the practice to advise clinicians and discuss matters with them. And it is precisely for this reason that I consider my working relationship with Resista to be a mutual collaboration, a partner in the clinic

To be honest, my experience with Resista began more than ten years ago, thanks to a recommendation from a dear friend and colleague. I’ve always been satisfied with the products and with the company, which is very open to new ideas and suggestions. Over the years, I have participated in the research and development of many of the products now on the market; I use them regularly both in my own practice and in those of the colleagues with whom I collaborate. I have no hesitation in recommending Resista products to other professionals—products I have been using for over ten years.

Hello, my name is Rosario Acampora. I am a dentist, and I have been specializing in oral and implant surgery for over 30 years. I started out with the pioneers of implantology, training in Bologna under the late Professor Giordano Muratori. After that, I began my practice and clinical studies to determine which implant system to use—one that met the criteria of simplicity, safety, and scientific support. So, over the past 30 years, I have used various types of implants from different manufacturers, and it was only in recent years that I discovered the Resista group and began using their system—and I am truly satisfied for countless reasons . First and foremost, the wide range of implants available—both in terms of shape and implant geometry, with various platforms—allows me to cover the full spectrum of implant-prosthetic surgery, and in particular immediate loading, a technique that is very dear to me and backed by extensive scientific evidence. . Another key factor in my decision to use Resista systems was that I found people—both in management and in sales support—who were open to discussion and knowledgeable. . Another important factor for me is having access to digital support for planning the entire implant-prosthetic rehabilitation process, thanks to the platform provided by the group. In conclusion, I am truly satisfied with Resista products, as they align with both my clinical practice and my philosophy regarding dental implants.

I have been an implantologist since 2015, and during my intense, albeit brief, career, I have had the opportunity to work with various implant companies and techniques, thoroughly studying the advantages and disadvantages of each. I have placed implants with a wide variety of geometries: from the oldest and most reliable ones—which sometimes have unsatisfactory insertion torque—to the newest and most advanced ones, capable of delivering much higher insertion torque. In my practice, I found myself working with certain implant manufacturers that offered four different implant lines simultaneously: while on the one hand this ensured I could choose the most suitable implant geometry for every situation, on the other it created no small number of organizational issues within the practice staff: from the dental assistants to my dental technician, “misunderstandings” often arose, resulting in a significant waste of time for both me and the patient. This continued until I discovered RESISTA. I immediately loved the combination of performance and ease of use offered by this company’s “IK” implants. I instantly realized I was dealing with a “one-of-a-kind” solution in the world of implant fixtures: an implant that managed to combine the advantages of “cylindrical” and “tapered” geometries while eliminating the drawbacks of each.
From post-extraction to immediate loading, and even when placing the implant in bone that was predominantly cortical rather than medullary, this implant geometry always worked perfectly for me. Whether I adjusted the implant site preparation to be “shallow” or “deep,” there was never a situation in which I couldn’t place this wonderful implant, always maximizing its performance. Gradually, I grew fond of the company, coming to fully appreciate its fantastic philosophy: from the “PRO SL” Kit for sinus lifts via the crestal approach, through bone densification drills and guided surgery, all the way to the newly launched “REPLICA” service, I realized that RESISTA wanted to equip my toolkit with every tool an implantologist could possibly desire. Not to mention all the support provided by the people who make up the company. I must mention the expertise and kindness of Mr. Issoglio. I don’t think I need to add anything else: the truth, ultimately, dear colleagues, is that when you encounter a company like RESISTA on your path, the only problem is imagining a future without it.

My name is Dr. Alessandro Baragli from Castelfiorentino, and I’d like to share my experience with Resista’s Uni-q-mua implants. I must say that since I started using these one-piece implants, my professional life has improved significantly. I no longer have to waste precious time finding the right angle for the abutments on traditional implants and screwing them in while handling tiny screws that I risk losing in the patient’s mouth. It is, therefore, a much easier and more efficient system compared to traditional implants. I recommend that all my colleagues try them to experience the same satisfaction I have, especially in All-on-four and All-on-six cases.

My experience with dental implants began in 2006 with Novaxa’s leading implants. In 2018, when Mr. Marco Iezzi told me he was moving to Resista, I didn’t hesitate to follow him. And so began my experience with Resista systems. A fantastic system featuring a variety of geometries (both micro and macro) suitable for any application. A site preparation kit designed down to the smallest detail to simplify the surgical procedure. All implant components are excellent, whether for the screw-retained or cement-retained technique. Among these systems, the uni-q-mua stands out as it is designed for immediate loading. Before using the uni-q-mua, I used standard implants and straight or angled MUA implants, with all the associated issues: difficulty handling the MUA implants, especially in the posterior regions; the excessive bulk of the angled implants; clamping screws that were too small; and an unavoidable gap at the implant-MUA interface. All of these issues have been resolved by uni-q-mua. It easily achieves sufficient torque for immediate loading, is easy to insert, and features a system for visualizing the direction and parallelism in cases of angled Uni-Q implants; it uses a larger screw; the MUA implant interface is no longer required (as it is a fully trans-mucosal implant), resulting in significant improvements in healing and ease of impression taking. When it comes to immediate loading, it is definitely the gold standard. I would highly recommend Resista to my colleagues, both for the exceptional quality of its products and for the exceptional helpfulness and professionalism I have experienced from Mr. Marco Iezzi, my sales representative.

“I started using Resista’s first Uni-q-Mua model about three years ago because I needed to find a product that would simplify my clinical practice. In fact, thanks to the Uni-q-Mua one-piece implant, and especially thanks to those with 17- and 32-degree angulations, I’ve been able to transform implant placement in prosthetically challenging areas into cases that are easy to restore. This factor, combined with the use of fewer prosthetic components such as MUAs, has led to a significant reduction in the time patients spend in the chair.”

My relationship with Resista began a few years ago, quite by chance, when I was contacted by a sales representative about a meeting at my office. I was struck by the professionalism and transparency—rare qualities in this industry—with which the company presented itself from the very beginning; an impression that I subsequently had the opportunity to confirm and reinforce on numerous occasions. The product, of course, could only fit within the framework of this valuable and rare corporate philosophy: starting with a catalog that, in terms of comprehensiveness and variety, I believe is unmatched on the market, through the extremely high precision of the surgical and prosthetic components (rarely found in other systems), to the extraordinary care—I would dare say almost obsessive—with which the implant surfaces are crafted, enabling truly impressive success rates. To sum it up in a word, we work constantly with the reassuring feeling that we can always count on the most suitable implant for that specific clinical situation, from the simplest to the most challenging conditions. Another—perhaps the most important—feature that sets the Resista team apart is undoubtedly their willingness to listen to suggestions and feedback from clinicians, as part of their challenging yet ongoing quest for continuous improvement. For all the reasons just mentioned, I am confident in recommending that any colleague, regardless of their level of experience or expertise, try the Resista experience: once you do, it will be hard to go back!

I started working with dental implants in 1985, when the only brand available was Nobelpharma. There was a single diameter, they were machined, and the protocol was extremely strict (for example, no X-rays during the waiting period, and serious consequences if they were exposed prematurely). Then I used Straumann’s Bonefit implants, which were provided to me free of charge to test their effectiveness (used for a short period following the onset of peri-implantitis, caused by the plasma spray coating). In this regard, the most important center for studies on peri-implantitis was established at the same time in Switzerland, led by Daniel Buser, who used Bonefit. I then switched to 3I Biomax implants, which I used until I met Davide Mezzadri.
Finally, someone who was knowledgeable and competent, and that marked the beginning of a partnership that continues to this day. I have been using Resista implants for many years, practically since Davide started manufacturing them. The Resista implant line has features that make it appealing, namely: a) a sufficient variety of implant types for almost any type of procedure; b) a simple, concise catalog, resulting in cost savings for the dentist; c) a competitive cost-to-use ratio; d) competent Resista staff. In this regard, having worked occasionally in Sicily, I have had the opportunity to appreciate the professionalism of the representatives in that area, and my most recent visit to your meeting further convinced me of the value of your team, which is well-trained and motivated.
I’ve been practicing implantology for 35 years, and I must say that a lot has changed. It has become a more complex field, cases are more complicated—we could say that “the bar has been raised significantly.” To keep pace with these changes, we need to rely on a skilled and competent team. Today’s patients are much better informed and more demanding, with high—and sometimes even unrealistic—expectations.
So, if I were to think about the future of a dentist, the advice I would offer is as follows: 1) maintain a “human” relationship with patients, understand their needs, and care for them with sensitivity, competence, and foresight; 2) work with suppliers who can provide comprehensive support; 3) use proven technologies rather than experimental ones, because we have a duty to deliver results. In this context, my experience leads me to consider Resista an ideal partner for meeting these requirements; not only by providing the right materials but, more importantly, by supporting the professional in any situation.
Essentially, the equipment is important, but what really makes the difference is being able to assist the doctor at any point during their work. That’s the added value!

In the professional practice of an “implantologist,” it is standard procedure to use different implant systems, tailoring the available tools to the specific clinical situation at hand. Clinical predictability is, in fact, always the top priority in the decision-making algorithm that every clinician must apply when developing a treatment plan. It was precisely while searching for a solution to a clinical problem I had encountered several times during implant-based rehabilitation of edentulous arches that I had the opportunity to discover a one-of-a-kind product like Uni-q-Mua and, consequently, Resista. In this way, I had the opportunity to meet and interact with the people who contribute daily to the company’s development. I was thus able to appreciate their expertise and passion, always combined with great openness and willingness to receive suggestions aimed at improving the system. I was able to address anatomical conditions with greater confidence—conditions that previously forced me to operate in a more aggressive and invasive manner for the patient. All of this without having to compromise on clinical predictability and reliability, while also keeping cost containment in mind. To sum it up in a single term, one could call it a “simplification” of the surgical process.
For colleagues new to implantology, as well as those with more extensive experience, having access to a broad and comprehensive catalog of surgical and prosthetic solutions is a key factor in choosing an implant system. Another key factor is certainly the willingness to consider any suggestions or proposals from the client to improve and “customize” the product.

I would like to publicly thank TEAM RESISTA for the excellent ongoing training they have provided me, both in the field of implant-prosthetic dentistry—thanks to their dental implants with various geometries and connections, both internal and external, which have met all my implant-prosthetic needs—and for introducing me to guided surgery, which has dramatically improved my performance.
I would also like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Emanuele Lillo, who, thanks to his expertise, professionalism, and willingness to help—combined with his exceptional kindness—has always been there for me to resolve any technical issues, and to Mr. Davide Mezzadri, who, thanks to his intelligence, has always been able to resolve any challenges I have faced.

We discovered Resista; it was a pleasant surprise, both in terms of the products and the company’s management. The products are exceptionally well-made, drawing on internationally recognized expertise. For this reason, among others, the value for money is outstanding. The sales representatives promoting these products are highly knowledgeable. Finally, kudos to the management, who are always ready to address the needs of clinicians.
