The treatment plan called for the placement of two implants in combination with a maxillary sinus lift with a lateral window and fine-needle aspiration of a pseudocyst located within the maxillary sinus. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first surgical phase involved performing a lateral window maxillary sinus lift and, simultaneously, aspirating the pseudocyst with a fine-gauge needle, as the pseudocyst would otherwise have prevented the Schneiderian membrane from being lifted. After completing the bone graft, the bone window was repositioned over the antrostomy, and a pair of implants from the \u201cC\u201d and \u201cK\u201d series were inserted. During the second-stage procedure, soft tissue conditions were optimized using a 3D collagen matrix graft.
